Shipping
Shipping Charges
apply to the 48 connecting states and

apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. For shipping to these areas or outside of the United States, please email us for shipping quote.** International countries are urged to email us before purchasing our items as some of our offerings may not be able to be shipped overseas.

Shipping Time
Your order will normally ship within 3-5 business days (may vary during holidays) once payment has cleared. Depending on your distance from our East Coast location, shipping will be an additional 1-10 business days.
Freight claims
for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier.  Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.
Tracking
You will be provided with a UPS or common carrier tracking information in order to track the progress of your shipment.** Tracking numbers will be forwarded to you when they are received from our Shipping department, usually within 24 hours of the your package leaving our door.
