    Description

    This late 1950’s Olds Recording R15 Trombone is the top-of-the-line tenor trombone from Olds.
    Featuring a red brass bell and clear lacquer many consider this to be one of the most beautiful trombones ever made in America.
    These horns were extremely popular back in their day and continue to be so even today.
    This model features a dual bore (.495/.510) design and a fluted hand slide allowing for reduced friction in the slide making it even easier to play.
    The engravings on this trombone are truly must see as well.
    The serial number is 243xxx, denoting a late 1950’s model.
    It features original lacquer, with about 70% . This trombone has been run through our professional repair shop and is ready for you to play.
    If you’ve never played an Olds R15, you really are missing out.
