Helpful Tips
Maintenance and Cleaning
Sticking the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes when grating softer cheese before shredding.
Recommend giving it a quick rinse right after use just to make clean up that much easier.
Don't press down too hard when grating, it will bend the blade while it's turning...please turn the mixer in speed 6/8 and push the food slowly.
Suggest putting the parts in warm, sudsy water for minutes before washing
Dishwasher safe : Metal materials are made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and the housing is food grade plastics. easy to clean.
Dry them thoroughly after wash for keeping them in peak condition
NOTE:
1. We recommend is to leave the attachment head a little loose while grinding. If you tighten the head too much it won’t allow the shaft to move freely which to me puts stress on your mixer motor.
2. Don't press down too hard when grating, you can bend the cylinder while it's turning... Like look both ways when you cross the street.
3. Don't ever put your fingers inside when the mixer is plugged in!!
4. No matter what you do Don’t ever dishwash meat grinders always hand wash them.
5. And make sure to get it all the way dry before storing it will prolong the life of the item.

Helpful Tips!
1. As recommended when grading softer cheese, stick the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes before shredding.

3. If carrots stained the white cylinder please wipe it with Cooking oil . After wiping it clean, rinse with water.
