One genuine Cuisinart replacement blade number Cuisinart DLC-7 J-6X6-MM Fry Cutter Disc Blade w/Stem for DLC-7 Food Processor. While I don’t know the history of this blade, it has only insignificant superficial scratches and swirls, possibly from storage and handling, but no other real substantial indications it was ever put into service.
It has no food residue and is as good as it gets for pre-owned, but I must list it as "used".
Be wary of any Cuisinart blade listed as “new” without the Cuisinart factory new orange sticker on the blade.
Many folks had these blades in the countertop Cuisinart storage unit with the new stickers removed, moved them around, washed them, but never actually used them in any meaningful way in the food processor.
What I have learned over the years it that, if Cuisinart blades have never seen any real use,
being polished stainless steel,
it is still common to see these blades with slight insignificant storage/handling scratches, and some age related spotting (not rust) of the stainless steel.  However, it is practically impossible to rid them of any or all food residue.
